"Directory Rights" option greyed out on Public Folders in EXCH2003
Environment: win2k/2k3 domain with recently migrated from exchange 2000 to front end/back end EX2003 servers.
When I (domain admin/exch admin) check certain public folders, the "directory rights" button is greyed out. Some public folders the "directory rights" button is accessible. Also when I create ANY new public folder, the "directory rights" button" is greyed out. I tried logging in with an exchange admin account thinking it was some kind of weird permission issue, but that account has the exact same problem as my domain admin account. I need to make sure the backup service account has read access to these folders, but I can't check it because it's greyed out.
We recently upgraded from exchange 2000 to exchange 2003 with a front end and back end server. It's possible that this problem is due to the migration to the new exchange servers. The exchange 2000 server has been taken off-line and we are running exch 2003 native mode.

Hi Shimo
I believe the Directory Rights button is available only when the PF is mail-enabled.
